Kale "Black Tuscan" (Heirloom)

Also known as Lascinato Kale, Toscano, or Cavolo Nero, this heirloom kale is earthy, peppery and robust. It's tender enough to eat fresh and a just as delicious cooked. It's grown all over the globe in a variety of climates and eaten as micro-kale or fully sized, and anywhere in between. TFM was pleased to find it a popular staple green in Maui's grocery stores and farmer's markets.
